Shipping Policy

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Products are shipped only within Canada. We do not offer shipping to the USA and other countries.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping usually takes 2 – 14 days after the order processing time.

You will receive two emails after your purchase. An email order notification will be emailed to you immediately confirming we have received your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, once your product(s) shipped with the tracking number inside.

For all orders tracking number will be attached.

Order processing time can take from 1 to 3 business days.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.  

 If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Viacosmetic does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We do not accept any returns and all sales are final and non-refundable.
